Darrell grew up in the family auto repair business in Chanute - Kustanborter Machine and Auto. He put in 3 years with a Chrysler dealership, worked at various independent shops, then a Ford-Chrysler dealership where he became an alignment specialist. Moving on to imports, he worked 4 years at a Toyota shop and became a Toyota certified technician. He presently has many years experience in the Carter Service Department and is an ASE Certified Technician.

Darrell has raced drag boats, built his own dirt course, raced dirt track race cars, quads and motorcycles and is an avid race fan.

On Friday mornings for the last few years, you could hear Darrell's advice on KGGF 690 AM from 8:10 - 8:30 where he takes caller's questions and gives excellent advice based on his years of training and experience. Why not tune in this week and have a little fun with your radio?
